For deeper insights, start with open-ended questions like "What do you look for when buying chocolate?" to explore consumer perspectives.

    Using Audiences

Select audiences by browsing their descriptions and characteristics. Start conversations with questions like ‘What disappoints you about current chocolate options?’ or ‘What insights’.     Managing Insights

    Save and share valuable discoveries easily. Highlight any response text and click ‘Save Insight’ to add it to your collection with optional tags. Export entire conversations as PDF or text files, including all data attributions. Copy individual responses for presentations. All exports maintain the distinction between data-backed statements and AI-generated content.

    Data & Privacy

    Your conversations are private. All audiences are built from publicly available reviews and social conversations, primarily from TrustPilot and similar platforms. Your conversations are private to your account and never shared. We comply with industry-standard security protocols. You can delete your conversation history anytime from account settings. We never use your questions or insights to train our models.

    Troubleshooting

    Most issues resolve with simple steps. For slow responses, check your internet connection and try refreshing the page. Export problems are often resolved by trying a different format (PDF vs text). The platform works best on Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge browsers. Clear your browser cache if you experience display issues. For persistent problems, note any error messages and contact our support team with details.
